2025 was a significant year for learning across the Accuro community. With new webinars, thousands of completed courses, and the full release of Accuro Performance Training (APT), clinics across Canada invested heavily in building confidence and efficiency with Accuro’s tools.
Our training team’s mission stayed clear: Deliver practical learning that saves clinics time, reduces friction, and supports staff at every stage, whether they’re brand new to Accuro or mastering advanced workflows.

A Major Milestone: Provincial Billing Training Now Complete Within the APT Program
One of the biggest accomplishments this year was the completion of all Basic, Core, and Pro learning paths for the Accuro Performance Training (APT) program. This gives every clinic access to structured, province-specific billing education that supports smoother submissions and fewer errors.
As of September 2025:
- 5,720 APT courses completed
- 1,852 users onboarded into ALA
- Most-completed path: Scheduling & Patient Demographics (Basic)

What’s Ahead for the Coming Year
In 2026, the Training team is investing even further in making learning practical, efficient, and aligned with your daily workflows. Planned enhancements include:
- Updating ALA content, videos, and screenshots to reflect the new Accuro UI
- Re-packaging APT into role-based learning paths (Provider, MOA, Office Administrator)
- Expanding the webinar series with even more workflow-focused, bite-sized sessions
