New self‑service tools that give clinics more control, visibility, and flexibility in managing Accuro.

Welcome to another year of possibility and potential, Accuro users. As we moved through the first quarter of 2023, our focus was on empowering clinics to take control of their EMR and get more done on their own terms. 

The Accuro Admin Centre (AAC), now available in all Accuro provinces, was introduced as a time-saving, self-serve portal designed to simplify Accuro user management and put System Administrators firmly in the driver’s seat. AAC gives clinics greater autonomy and flexibility, with more functionality planned to continue expanding what administrators can manage directly. 

We were also excited to launch Accuro Resources, a new customer support site created to serve as a central hub for getting the most out of Accuro. From logging into your Accuro accounts to finding answers to common questions, troubleshooting EMR issues, accessing learning opportunities, and exploring Accuro tools and add-ons, Accuro Resources supports every part of Accuro.

Also accessible from Accuro Resources is the Accuro Status Page, which provides real-time updates on issues affecting Accuro, Medeo Patient, and FreedomRx. Users can subscribe to receive alerts by text or email, ensuring they’re among the first to know about service interruptions and restorations, whether the cause is internal or external. 


Looking ahead, we remain focused on giving clinics the tools, visibility, and control they need to operate with confidence. By continuing to invest in platforms that support transparency, efficiency, and selfservice, our goal is to help clinics stay focused on delivering care and building successful practices.
